I am not even a little bit kidding when I say that if Charlie’s Angels gets cancelled before this show I will personally call up the people at ABC and question their ability to create/judge/distribute television shows. I remember I was bored in the first episode but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought to myself “well, pilots are never really good.” Then I watched this episode. I don’t even know what was going on, not because it is necessarily a bad story line, but because I was so bored I zoned out and didn’t know what they were saying. I guess with the time crunch in reshooting this episode to make the girls look less alike, they didn’t have time to properly color Laura’s (I think that’s her name) hair. They just used whatever out of the box blonde/white/orange color they chose.
Side note- glad to see they haven’t put the time jumping to rest.
But back to appearances. As if I didn’t already have a big enough problem with Christina Ricci even being on this show, I then realize (thanks to my good friend watching with me) that she looks an awful lot like Kristen Wiig’s SNL character in the :Lawrence Welk show.” This hairstyle is doing NOTHING good for you Christina. Nothing at all. For those who don’t know what I am referring to…here it is.
With that said…i had to stop watching at minute 26. Hey writers – having some no name assault a flight attendant and then she stabs him with a FORK is not an exciting plot element. Additionally, mixing a story line of family drama alongside some CIA thing going on and a love interest SHOULD create for something remotely interesting…why isn’t it? You can’t possibly have read your scripts and thought, “yep, this will catch the viewers’ attention.” You are wrong.
This week Pan Am dropped 19%, which is unbelievable to me because that means that 81% of people tuned in again. Shame on you people. Even I stopped watching 26 minutes in. This is the last time you will see Pan Am on this show because it is such a waste of my time.
